Phi0’s founder, Ali Bozbey, is honored to share that TOBB Ekonomi ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi has received the Council of Higher Education Excellence Award for “Digital Transformation and Big Data Studies.”

This recognition celebrates our QuanT Project – Türkiye’s first domestically-designed quantum computer, developed by our Superconducting Quantum Electronics team.

The award was presented by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to our Rector Prof. Dr. Yusuf Sarınay and Prof. Ali Bozbey at the 2025/2026 Academic Year Opening Ceremony.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Yükseköğretim Kurulu and President Prof. Dr. Erol Özvar for this distinguished recognition.
