      Data Sharing & Review Terms

      By submitting this application, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

      1. Information shared with ICSM2026/ICQMT2026 organizers:
      Phi₀ will provide your application details—including your name, institution, research summary, abstract file, and (if provided) supervisor contact information—to the conference committees for review.

      2. Information shared with Phi₀ by ICSM/ICQMT:
      The conference organizers may share your abstract submission status and abstract content with Phi₀ to support the sponsorship evaluation process.

      Purpose of data usage:
      All personal and academic information you submit will be used exclusively for reviewing your eligibility and qualifications for the Phi₀ Student Sponsorship.
      Your data will not be used for any other purposes without your explicit consent.

      3. Data protection:
      Your information will be stored securely and accessed only by authorized evaluators from Phi₀ and the ICSM/ICQMT committees.

      By checking the consent box, you agree to these terms and authorize the data exchange required to evaluate your sponsorship application.
